What is Dimraeth?
Dimraeth is a 1–8 player online co-op action RPG set in a handcrafted pixel world, developed and published by Mudtek — the studio's first game. It entered Early Access on Steam on 15 September 2026 at $21.99, and is PC-only for now, with the studio stating it has no confirmed console plans.
The Early Access build ships with three playable races (Human, Minotaur, Elf) and three classes (Brawler, Magician, Shadow), a level cap of 25, an Act 1 story told across three chapters, and a repeatable Deed system for the end game. The store page advertises 8 races and 6 classes, which describes where the game is heading by 1.0 rather than what is playable today.
This site is an unofficial guide. It covers what is verifiable as of the date on each page, and says so plainly where the studio has not stated something — co-op loot rules, drop rates and exact playtime are examples where no official wording exists.

- No. Dimraeth launched on PC via Steam only, and the official FAQ states the studio has “no confirmed plans for console releases” at this time (official FAQ, read 21 September 2026). Console demand is real — “Dimraeth PS5” is one of the highest-volume related searches — but there is no date or announcement to report. Full breakdown on the [platform page](/ps5).
- Can you play Dimraeth single-player, and how many players does co-op support?
- Both. Dimraeth supports 1–8 player online co-op, and the official FAQ says it can be played solo “from start to finish”. Co-op is peer-to-peer — one player hosts — and the studio says dedicated servers are not supported. There is no local or split-screen mode. More on the [multiplayer page](/multiplayer).
- Is Dimraeth an MMO?
- No. The studio answers this directly: “Dimraeth is not an MMO. It's a co-op RPG designed for small groups of players (up to 8).” (official FAQ)
